Things have come to an eerie calm. I don't really know how to describe it.

In any case, I realise I need to be more independent with myself. Actually, I need to be more comfortable with being alone. I can be independent, the only problem is, I won't be very comfortable.

Besides, everyone's too busy in their own world, sorting out the mess that is life. Who on earth will have time to stop and help this poor boy at the side of the road?
